1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using SaaSbyMonday ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

SaaSbyMonday is operated by the individual behind the brand SaaSbyMonday ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our website at saasbymonday.io and the digital product we provide.

2. Product Description

SaaSbyMonday is a Next.js Starter Kit with embedded architecture rules (source code), built with Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS. The Product includes:

  • Full source code access via a private GitHub repository
  • Pre-configured Cursor rules and AI-safe architecture
  • Multi-tenant Supabase setup with Row Level Security
  • Payment integration and webhooks
  • Lifetime access to future updates

The Product is a digital good delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Purchase and Payment

  • The Product is available for a one-time payment at the price displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paddle. We do not store your payment details.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.
  • After successful payment, you will receive instructions to access the private GitHub repository using your GitHub username.

4. Access and Delivery

  • Access to the Product is delivered by adding your GitHub account as a collaborator to a private repository.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid GitHub username. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
  • Access is granted to a single individual. You may not share your repository access credentials with others.
  • "Lifetime updates" means you will continue to receive access to new versions and improvements for as long as the Product is actively maintained.

5. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a license to use the Product under the terms described in our License Agreement. Please review the License page for full details on permitted and restricted uses.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product source code, in whole or in part, as a boilerplate, template, or starter kit
  • Share your repository access with unauthorized users
  • Claim the Product as your own original work
  • Use the Product for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its source code, architecture, documentation, and design, is the intellectual property of SaaSbyMonday. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product as described in the License Agreement — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Product will meet your specific requirements
  • The Product will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Any specific results will be achieved by using the Product

You acknowledge that building a SaaS product involves risks and that success depends on many factors beyond the scope of this Product.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSbyMonday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the repository if you violate these Terms, particularly the prohibited uses or license restrictions. In the event of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.
