30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with SaaSbyMonday for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You purchased the Product directly through our website (via Buy Me a Coffee)

We do not require you to provide a reason for the refund. We trust our customers and believe the Product should speak for itself.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase (approximate is fine)

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your request.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your access to the private GitHub repository will be revoked
  • You are expected to delete any copies of the source code in your possession
  • Any applications you have built and deployed using the Product may continue to operate, but you may no longer use the original boilerplate source code for new projects

5. Late Refund Requests

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee a refund after 30 days, we are committed to treating every customer fairly.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Product, please contact us regardless of the timing — we will do our best to resolve it or issue a refund.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Your license was terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service or License Agreement
  • You have redistributed, resold, or publicly shared the Product source code
