License Agreement

1. License Grant
Upon purchasing SaaSbyMonday ("the Product"), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product source code for building your own applications and SaaS products.
This license is granted to a single individual (the purchaser). Each person using the Product must have their own license.
2. What You CAN Do
- ✓Use the Product to build unlimited commercial and personal projects
- ✓Modify and customize the source code for your own applications
- ✓Deploy applications built with the Product to any hosting provider
- ✓Use the Product as a foundation for client projects you build
- ✓Keep lifetime access to all future updates and improvements
3. What You CANNOT Do
- ✕Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product source code as-is or as a competing boilerplate/template/starter kit
- ✕Share your GitHub repository access with anyone who has not purchased a license
- ✕Publish the Product source code (in whole or in substantial part) in a public repository
- ✕Claim the Product's original architecture, code, or documentation as your own creation
- ✕Create derivative products that compete directly with SaaSbyMonday
4. End Products
You may use the Product to create end products (SaaS applications, web apps, internal tools, client projects, etc.) and sell or distribute those end products. The key distinction is:
Allowed
A SaaS app built using the Product as a foundation (e.g., a project management tool, invoicing app, analytics dashboard)
Not Allowed
Selling the source code itself as a "SaaS starter kit", "boilerplate", or template product
5. Team Usage
Each license is for a single individual. If multiple people on your team need access to the source code, each person requires their own license.
However, once you build an end product using the Product, your team members can work on that end product's codebase without requiring additional licenses — the license restriction applies to the original boilerplate source code, not to the applications you build with it.
6. Updates
Your license includes lifetime access to updates. This means you will continue to receive new features, improvements, and bug fixes for as long as the Product is actively maintained. There is no additional fee for updates.
7. Ownership
This license grants you the right to use the Product — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. The original source code, architecture, documentation, and branding of SaaSbyMonday remain the property of SaaSbyMonday.
Any modifications you make and any applications you build are your property.
8. Termination
This license is perpetual, meaning it does not expire. However, we reserve the right to terminate your license and revoke repository access if you violate the terms of this agreement — specifically the restrictions in Section 3.
If your license is terminated due to a violation, no refund will be issued. Applications you have already built and deployed may continue to operate.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Product will be free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume all responsibility for using the Product.
